Craft Cocktail Infusion Kits

DIRECTIONS:
Fill jar with your favorite spirit.
Let steep 3 days.
Strain and enjoy in your favorite cocktail.
(can be re-used once if using the same spirits)

Spiced Apple Pie

PAIR WITH…… TO MAKE
Whiskey > Hot Toddy
Bourbon > Old Fashioned
Vodka > Moscow Mule

  • Warm. Soothing.

    Simmer ¾ cup water, pour into mug
    Add 1.5 oz infused whiskey
    Stir in 2-3 t honey, to taste

  • The classic. For bourbon lovers and those with sophisticated taste.

    Fill glass with ice (or 1 large cube)
    Add 1.5 oz infused bourbon
    Add 1-2 t pure maple syrup
    Add 3-4 dashes bitters
    Stir and enjoy

  • Served in a copper mug for that fancy feeling.

    Fill glass with ice
    Add 1.5 oz infused vodka
    Add squeeze of lime (optional)
    Stir and top with 4 oz ginger beer

Cranberry Citrus

PAIR WITH…… TO MAKE
Tequila > Margarita
Vodka > Moscow Mule
Gin > Gin & Tonic

  • Sweet. Tart. Delicious.

    Rim glass with salt, fill with ice
    Add 1.5 oz infused tequila
    Add 3-4 oz cranberry juice to taste
    (bonus points if you add squeeze of lime)

  • Served in a copper mug for that fancy feeling.

    Stir and top with 4 oz ginger beer

    Fill highball glass with ice
    Add 2 oz infused gin

Lavender Lemon

Vodka > Lemon Drop
Gin > Gin & Tonic

  • Floral and refreshing

    Fill shaker with ice
    Add 1.5 oz infused vodka
    Top with 3-4 oz fresh lemonade
    Shake and serve in glass with sugared rim

  • A floral twist on a classic

    Fill highball glass with ice
    Add 2 oz infused gin
    Top with 4 oz tonic water
    Garnish with lemon

Mulling Spice

PAIR WITH…… TO MAKE
Red Wine > Mulled Wine
Bourbon > Old Fashioned
Apple Cider > Mulled Cider

  • The Germans call it Gluhwein. We call it delicious.

    Add contents of jar, 1/2-3/4 cup water and 1/2-3/4 cup sugar to a saucepan
    Simmer on low heat 20-30 min
    Add 2 bottles (750 ml) red wine
    Heat to steaming but not simmering, 3-5 min
    Strain & ladle into mugs to serve

  • The classic. But spiced.

    Fill glass with ice (or 1 large cube)
    Add 1.5 oz infused bourbon
    Add 1-2 t pure maple syrup
    Add 3-4 dashes bitters
    Stir and enjoy

  • A non-alcoholic treat that everyone can enjoy.

    Add contents of jar, ¾ cup water and ½ cup sugar to a saucepan

Old Fashioned

Bourbon > Old Fashioined
Tequila > Margarita
Mezcal > Mezcal Old Fashioned

    Place an extra-large ice cube in a glass.
    Pour 2 oz infused bourbon over.
    Add 2-3 drops bitters.
    Add 1 t simple syrup or sweetener of choice.
    Stir, stir, stir, and enjoy!

  • A slightly unexpected twist on a favorite.

    Rim glass with salt or tahin, fill with ice
    Add 1.5 oz infused tequila
    Add 3-4 oz orange or tart cherry juice to taste
    (bonus: add a squeeze of lime)

  • A smokey take on the classic

    Fill glass with ice (or large ice cube)
    Add 1.5 oz infused mezcal
    Add 2-3 dashes bitters
    Add ¼ oz agave
    Lightly squeeze section of orange
    Stir and enjoy!

Espresso Martini

Vodka > Espresso Martini

  • Espresso with hints of citrus, vanilla and cacao

    Fill shaker with ice
    Add 2 oz infused vodka
    Add 2 oz quality cold brew coffee
    Add simple syrup to taste (we like ½ oz)
    Shake, and strain into martini glass

Paradise Punch

Rum (we like spiced rum) > Rum Punch
Tequila > Margarita

  • Tastes like vacation

    Fill glass with ice
    Pour 2 oz infused rum (we prefer to use spiced rum)
    Add 3-4 oz tropical juice of choice (passion, orange, mango, pineapple, etc)
    Stir and enjoy the taste of the tropics

  • Rim glass with salt or tahin, fill with ice
    Add 1.5 oz infused tequila
    Add 3-4 oz tropical juice of choice (pineapple, mango, orange, etc)
    Add squeeze of lime, stir and enjoy!
